Due to the nature of research chemicals and contamination concerns, all sales are final. We do not accept returns unless:

• The product arrived damaged during shipping
• The wrong product was shipped
• The product fails to meet published specifications (with valid COA comparison)

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery with supporting documentation.

These terms are governed by the laws of New York State. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in New York, NY.
