Refund, Returns & Cancellation Policy
Due to the sensitive nature of research chemicals and strict contamination protocols, Ascension Labs maintains the following refund and return policies.
1. General Policy
All sales of research peptides and compounds are final. Due to contamination concerns and the nature of research-grade chemicals, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products. This policy exists to protect the integrity and purity of our products for all customers.
2. Eligible Refund & Replacement Situations
We will issue a full refund or replacement in the following cases:
- Damaged in transit — Product arrived visibly damaged, broken, or compromised. Photo documentation required within 48 hours of delivery.
- Wrong product shipped — You received a product different from what was ordered. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Product fails specifications — The product does not meet published purity specifications as verified against the provided Certificate of Analysis (COA). Independent third-party testing documentation required.
- Non-delivery — Package confirmed lost by carrier. We will reship or refund at our discretion after carrier investigation.
3. Order Cancellation
- Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placement if they have not yet been processed for shipping.
- Once an order has been packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- To request cancellation, email support@ascensionlabs.bio with your order number immediately.
4. How to Request a Refund
- Email support@ascensionlabs.bio within 48 hours of delivery
- Include your order number, description of the issue, and photo/video evidence
- Our team will review your request within 2 business days
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days
5. Non-Refundable Items
- Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with
- Laboratory accessories (bacteriostatic water, sterile water, pH strips) unless defective
- Orders where the customer provided an incorrect shipping address
- Refund requests made more than 30 days after delivery
6. Shipping Issues
Ascension Labs is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your package is significantly delayed, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
7. Chargebacks
We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with their bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving disputes quickly and fairly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in your account being suspended from future purchases.
