Fast, discreet, and secure shipping for all research materials with proper handling protocols.
1. Processing & Handling Time
- Same-day processing for orders placed before 2:00 PM EST (Monday-Friday)
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day
- Weekend orders are processed Monday morning
- Processing may be delayed during holidays or high-volume periods
2. Shipping Options & Timeframes
Standard Shipping (USPS Priority Mail):
- Delivery timeframe: 3-5 business days
- Includes tracking number and insurance
- Free shipping on orders over $100
Expedited Shipping (USPS Priority Express):
- Delivery timeframe: 1-2 business days
- Available for time-sensitive research projects
- Additional fees apply — calculated at checkout
3. Packaging & Discretion
- Discreet packaging — no company branding or product information on exterior packaging
- All packages shipped in plain, unmarked boxes or padded envelopes
- Temperature-sensitive items shipped with cold packs when required
- All products individually sealed and labeled with batch numbers
- Certificate of Analysis (COA) included with every shipment
4. Shipping Coverage & Restrictions
Currently shipping within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.
States and territories we ship to:
- All 50 U.S. states
- Washington D.C.
- U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam)
- APO/FPO military addresses
PO Boxes: Accepted for USPS shipments only. UPS and FedEx require physical addresses.
5. Order Tracking & Notifications
- Tracking information provided via email within 24 hours of shipment
- Real-time tracking available through carrier websites
- Email notifications for processing, shipment, and delivery updates
- Customer service available to assist with tracking inquiries
6. Shipping Costs
Standard Shipping Rates:
- Orders under $100: $9.95
- Orders $100 and over: FREE
Expedited Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Temperature-controlled shipping: Additional $5.00 surcharge for items requiring cold chain.
7. Delivery Issues & Liability
- Ascension Labs is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers
- Weather, natural disasters, and carrier issues are beyond our control
- Lost or stolen packages will be investigated with the carrier
- Signature confirmation available upon request for high-value orders
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses
8. Special Handling Requirements
Temperature-sensitive compounds:
- Shipped with gel ice packs to maintain cold chain
- Expedited shipping recommended for summer months
- Delivery should be accepted immediately upon arrival
Fragile items: Extra packaging protection included at no additional cost.
