When engaging with Ascension Labs on social media or public platforms:
- Maintain the same standards outlined in these community guidelines
- Do not post images of products with visible labeling or packaging
- Avoid mentioning specific product names in public forums
- Do not tag or mention Ascension Labs in posts discussing prohibited topics
- Keep research-related discussions general and educational
4. Customer Communication Standards
When contacting customer service:
- Be respectful and professional in all communications
- Provide specific order numbers and product information when applicable
- Focus on business-related inquiries (orders, shipping, product specifications)
- Do not ask for guidance on dosing, administration, or therapeutic applications
- Understand that some questions cannot be answered due to regulatory compliance
5. Research Community Engagement
When discussing research activities:
